Surado uses the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) as the foundation for its Development Process Model. The MSF model was developed by Microsoft over a period of several years to compensate for some of the disadvantages imposed by the top-down, linear structure of traditional project teams. The MSF model uses small multidisciplinary teams to share responsibilities and balance one another's competencies, working toward a common vision with high standards for quality, with the overall goal of focusing on successful deployment of the project at hand. In addition to MSF, Surado continues to improve the quality of our products and services utilizing recognized improvement methodologies including Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).
