Surado Solutions, the emerging innovator in Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) solutions for small to medium sized enterprises, announced today that its
flagship products Surado Enterprise CRM 5.1 and Surado Small Business CRM 5.1 now
support Microsoft Vista and Microsoft Office 2007.
Microsoft Windows Vista contains hundreds of new features; some of the most significant include security updates, an updated graphical user interface and visual style dubbed Windows Aero, improved searching features, new multimedia creation tools such as Windows DVD Maker, and completely redesigned networking, audio, print, and display sub-systems. Vista also aims to increase the level of communication between machines on a home network using peer-to-peer technology, making it easier to share files and digital media between computers and devices.
Surado CRM’s initial service pack (Revision) releases are primarily focused on supporting Surado CRM’s usage in Vista. However, Surado plans to release future service packs that will specifically target Vista’s ability to customize Windows Sidebar with user-selected mini Surado applications, or Gadgets that improve user productivity and efficiency.
In addition to Vista, Surado CRM provides a variety of integration features to Microsoft Word, Excel, Project Manager and Outlook. These features in Surado CRM now fully support the Office 2007 Suite of software.
