Public and Private Sectors Attendees Give Summit Top Reviews

Targeted toward C-level Executives, the summit drew a broad range of attendees from both public and private sectors. Kicking off with Keynote Speaker, Jill Dyche, VP of Baseline Consulting Group and author of best-selling The CRM Handbook, attendees received valuable information on why customer loyalty matters, why CRM is an ongoing process, and the many common business problems solved through CRM such as how to track customer interactions, tie together disparate databases into one cohesive picture, and understanding who your customers are and what they need so you can serve them better.
