Surado Celebrates 9th Anniversary Through Riverside Cops and Clergy Network
Tradition of Celebrating Corporate Anniversary by Volunteering for Charity Events Continues

Riverside, CA, September 28, 2004 - Surado Solutions, the emerging innovator in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions, today announced it will celebrate its ninth corporate anniversary by volunteering with the Riverside Cops and Clergy Network.

The Riverside Cops and Clergy Network (RC&CN) was established in May of 2001 by The Coalition for Common Ground and the City of Riverside's Mayor's office. The Coalition for Common Ground, Inc. is a community-based organization founded in 1996 to build a more inclusive community that recognizes and values cultural and religious diversity.

The RC&CN works to encourage congregations and communities to initiate and intensify efforts to promote understanding and respect for diversity, and to discourage acts of violence and intolerance. Its vision is to save the lives of children, physically and spiritually. Believing that PARTNERSHIPS are built on RELATIONSHIPS, the RC&CN brings Spiritual and Civil authorities, including Police, Clergy and Service Organizations together for the common good. Since RC&CN's beginning, membership has grown to over 300, and the program has helped reduce gang and neighborhood violent crime in the local community by 40%.

The recipient of the "2003 California Crime Prevention Community Partner of the Year" award from the California Department of Justice, the RC&CN focuses on a number of areas from an After-school Program to Literacy Program to Telecommunications and Technology Programs, serving 150 youth per day. This year, Community Tech Centers for the underprivileged are being offered through small grants from the city of Riverside and Riverside County Community Action Partnership.

"The Coalition for Common Ground congratulates the Surado team for volunteering to tutor "eastside" community residents at our community tech center at the Iglesia Hispana 7th Day Adventist Church," said Victoria Jackson, Executive Director of the Coalition for Common Ground. "Technology instruction fundamentally changes the way one thinks, imagines, learns, communicates, and creates. We are very excited Surado has joined with us to make a difference-and it is the first time we've actually had one-on-one instruction available to our attendees."

"As has been the tradition of my father, and his father before that, we are honored to celebrate our company's success by giving back to the community," said Sundip R. Doshi, Surado's CEO, "Technology is an integral part of our daily functions--and to be without a basic understanding of technology is a serious disadvantage, presenting barriers to employment, education and other areas fundamental to daily living. We are proud to work with such a fine organization dedicated to making a difference-one person at a time."

"The Cops and Clergy Network is different from any other voluntary organization we've become involved with in the past, which has ranged from reading to children in the Pediatric Ward at Loma Linda University Medical Center to landscaping a local home through Habitat for Humanity to graffiti and litter eradication in the City of Riverside," said Cheryl L. McCarthy, Surado's Executive Vice President. "The Surado Team also enjoyed the training it received from the RC&CN in preparation for volunteering as tutors. As a technology company, we appreciated the helpful tips and humorous role-playing that helped drive home the importance of communicating in a way attendees, including those with limited English skills, will truly understand."

Surado will continue staffing Riverside Cops and Clergy Network Tech Center classes over the next month. Anyone interested in volunteering for this, or other programs sponsored through the Coalition for Common Ground, are encouraged to contact Victoria Jackson, Executive Director, at 951.782.9529.
