Surado Releases Customer Support Flashboard Module
Latest Release Provides Real-time Snapshots of Customer Support Operations

Riverside, CA, October 28, 2003 - In keeping with its commitment to providing powerful, versatile and sensible solutions that help companies know their customers and keep them for life, Surado Solutions, the emerging innovator in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, today announced that it has released its Flashboard Module, an option available for use with Surado CRM.
The Surado CRM Customer Support Flashboard Module is designed to provide customer support and customer service managers with constantly changing snapshots of key customer support activities within the organization. Key metrics displayed in graphical form provide managers with a quick visual of information necessary to make rapid decisions regarding re-deployment of resources to the most urgent support areas. Performance gauges such as Support Metrics by Urgency, Touch-points, Area, Type, Support Groups and more provide managers with the opportunity to act quickly to prevent potential bottlenecks in providing support.
Color coded alerts that fall outside of defined parameters provide managers with visual cues to take a proactive approach to managing resources, preventing unnecessary escalation of support issues and better serving your customers. The Support Flashboard can also be customized to each user's settings, identifying the key metrics that enable effective and efficient carrying out of tasks.
