Surado Releases Surado Enterprise Integration for Microsoft Exchange
Latest Release Enables Seamless Integration with Microsoft Exchange Server

Riverside, CA, July 15, 2003 - In keeping with its commitment to providing powerful, versatile and sensible solutions that help companies know their customers and keep them for life, Surado Solutions, the emerging innovator in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, today announced the release of Version 2.0 of its Surado Enterprise Integration for Microsoft Exchange.

Surado Integration for Microsoft Exchange seamlessly synchronizes Surado Enterprise CRM Solution and Microsoft Exchange Server 2000. By synchronizing, history activities are automatically created from e-mail messages sent and received (through Microsoft Outlook) using Exchange, as well as synchronizing Outlook calendar events and contact records. This synchronization can be set to run continuously at regular intervals for any or all of the three types of data or performed manually to include messages and/or records within a specified date range.
