Surado Releases CRM Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Module
Latest Release Enables Plug & Play Integration with Vendor Independent Back-Office and Custom Applications

Riverside, CA, April 1, 2003 - In keeping with its commitment to providing powerful, versatile and sensible solutions that help companies know their customers and keep them for life, Surado Solutions, the emerging innovator in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, today announced the release of its plug and play Integration Module.

Surado SCM SQL Integration Module 2.0 (SIM) enables an easy means of integrating third party back-office applications and/or customer applications with Surado’s Enterprise CRM Solution, Surado SCM SQL.  By enabling the seamless linkage between applications and Surado SCM SQL, employees can click a folder tab to access information from integrated back-office applications such as Order Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, Financials, Logistics or other verticals providing them with a true 360-degree view of customer interactions. Surado SIM also includes Automated Data Exchange (ADX) that will enable automated data set updates to back-office applications. This will greatly reduce unnecessary duplicate data-entry and allow data consistency with disparate applications throughout the enterprise.

One firm that recently embraced Surado SIM as part of its CRM initiative using Surado CRM Solutions is Business Bank of California (BBC). By providing back-office financial and banking applications data sets access via Folder Tabs from Surado SCM SQL’s main Contact window, BBC’s service representatives will have a single source of complete customer information, enabling them to greatly reduce customer inquiry response times.

With Surado SIM, system administrators can create unlimited custom folder tabs to display information from other back-office applications. “The tight integration and real-time access to information has many benefits from reducing data redundancy, increasing data integrity and increasing efficiency through the reduction of user account management to reducing end-user training on multiple applications and decreasing usage licensing costs for those applications,” said Roland Allgayer, Product Development Manager.
