Surado CRM Fax Server_
The optional Surado CRM Fax Server module allows users to quickly fax reports or other documents directly from Surado CRM. Because Surado CRM Fax Server is an integrated part of the Surado CRM system, there is no need to import or export data. Once a document has been faxed, Surado CRM will automatically create a History Activity record and copy of the fax, linked to the Contact record for future lookup.
Surado CRM Fax Server allows you to dedicate one computer as the fax server. All documents that are faxed from any computer on your network running Surado CRM will be routed and faxed from the designated fax server computer. Individual PC's don't need to be connected to a telephone line. You only need one telephone line connected to the designated fax server computer. On the designated server, system administrators can review faxes waiting in the queue, as well as current and past usage logs.
