Overview
The Surado CRM Support Authorization Module works with the Surado CRM Support Module by enabling users to set up business rules to automatically facilitate an authorization process. The Authorization Server automatically routes authorization requests through specified reviewers, in a defined order, prior to receipt by support personnel. Built in flexibility allows for system administrators to customize the authorization process for a particular client, product, area and type of support request to ensure that the appropriate party is notified. And all of this can be accomplished without a single line of programming code!
Tightly integrated with Surado Web Self-Service module, the Support Authorization Module automatically notifies reviewers of new support tickets that require authorization by e-mail. Authorization can be administered via Surado's Web Self-Service Module.
Requesters of support will also be able to review the authorization and ticket status of their submissions through Surado Web Self-Service Module. Once a support ticket has gone through the entire authorization chain, it can be automatically assigned to a support representative for resolution.
