Job Title:  Software Implementation Specialist

The Company
Surado Solutions develops leading-edge software to provide Customer Relationship Management software solutions. Surado is a conservatively managed high tech company. The company is based in Riverside, CA and plans to relocate expanded corporate headquarters to the new University Research Park to accommodate its growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own the complete go live process by collecting the information from the customer and translating it into a Project Plan.
  • Prepare services proposal, develop project plans, schedules, resources, and milestones, in conjunction with deployment team, client management, and third party consultants.
  • Manage and control customer expectations.
  • Keep detailed project log of all project activity; Document and communicate "red flag issues" using CRM solution.
  • Prepare and communicate detailed project plans and Visio diagrams to customer
  • Act as the primary contact for customer throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage, document, and control the change-order process;
  • Identify potential problems or issues and take preventative or corrective actions;
  • To be able to manage many tasks at one time and keep up with aggressive schedules.
  • Participate in sales activities, proposal development and marketing of services to existing and new customers. Deliver package services.
  • Work collaboratively with other Implementation Specialists, SMEs, Project Managers, Corporate and Services staff to develop consulting and project planning methodology, tools, and standards and development of analysts and consultants.

Experience / Skills required:

  • 2-3 years implementation and/or project management in either software or hardware deployments.
  • 4-6 yrs. Software implementation and/or development experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Services strategic objectives and goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM and/or ERP software solutions a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to take and accept responsibility.
  • Strong team building skills.
  • Skill in relationship development/management.
  • Skill in decision-making.
  • Outstanding time management skill.
  • Flexible and easily adapts to change.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tools: CRM Systems, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel. Experience with Client-Server or 3-tier architectures.
  • Must be extremely detailed oriented and analytical.
  • Skill in conflict resolution.
  • Must be able to interact with technical (IT) as well as non-technical audience.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or PMP certification or equivalent work experience.

Travel:

  • Must be willing to travel 50% of the time to Client job sites.
