Job Title:  Sales Associate

The Company
Surado Solutions develops leading-edge software to provide Customer Relationship Management, E-Business and Healthcare software solutions. Surado is a conservatively managed high tech company. The company is based in Riverside, CA and plans to relocate expanded corporate headquarters to the new University Research Park to accommodate its growth.

The Role
High tech company seeks an accomplished, high-energy, and results-oriented individual who will promote and sell Surado Customer Relationship Management solutions. Ideal candidate will be versatile--a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that utilizes the latest sales techniques to market its award winning CRM software products. This position has the opportunity for advancement and professional development.

The Sales Associate will:

  • Will make calls to qualify leads, and to follow up on leads generated from Surado marketing efforts.
  • Present and articulate product features, benefits, and overall product solutions.
  • Work with sales team to develop business intelligence on customers and prospects.
  • Attend and promote products at tradeshows, seminars and other events. Some travel may be required.

  • Strong ability to initiate and follow through in a dynamic environment
  • Customer services skills to be responsive and meet commitments
  • Experience a plus but not required; will train the right candidates
  • College degree or equivalent work experience

Travel

  • Occasional travel may be required
