Job Title: CRM Software Sales - Account Manager

The Company

Surado Solutions develops leading-edge software to provide Customer Relationship Management, E-Business and Healthcare software solutions. Surado is a conservatively managed high tech company. The company is based in Riverside, CA and plans to relocate expanded corporate headquarters to the new University Research Park to accommodate its growth.

The Role

High tech company seeks an accomplished, high-energy, and results-oriented individual who will promote and sell Surado Customer Relationship Management solutions. Ideal candidate will be versatile--a hands-on individual with presence, possessing vision, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities and excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position has the opportunity to grow to a supervisor or managerial position.

The Account Manager will:

  • Identify, negotiate and close CRM sales to small and medium size businesses.
  • Work creatively and effectively and build relationships with key customers.
  • Attend and promote products at tradeshows, seminars and other events.

Requirements

  • Vision, a positive attitude and team player
  • Software or CRM Software sales experience is a definite plus
  • 1-3 years sales experience and a proven track record of successful sales
  • Thorough working knowledge of business software
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent customer service skills to be responsive and meet commitments
  • Discipline and Professionalism
  • BA or BS preferred

Skill and Knowledge

  • Knowledgeable in business software applications
  • Able to read and understand both technical and operational information
  • Excellent Computer skills and general knowledge of technology in the enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to initiate and follow-through in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment

Travel and Overtime

·          Travel may be required.
